About The Position

The Clerk will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our shipping process for medical equipment and components. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling received goods.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy boxes as required.
• Forklift certified or willingness to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Accurately complete all necessary documentation for outbound shipments, including updating inventory systems and maintaining detailed records.
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or defects promptly.
• Organize and store received materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Ensure that storage areas are well-maintained, clean, and comply with safety regulations.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in received shipments promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to address any issues affecting the shipping process.
• Pick, pack, label and prepare orders for shipment.
• Load and unload delivery trucks
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and pick lifts
