About The Position

Capstone is looking for Warehouse Associates to join our team in Westbrook, ME. The position involves loading and unloading materials both by hand and with equipment, along with other duties as assigned by site leadership. Associates are compensated based on their productivity, with a pay rate of $21 per hour, paid weekly. The schedule is set at the time of hire, with shifts starting at 6:00 PM and continuing until finish. This role is ideal for high-energy individuals who thrive in a fast-paced and physical work environment.

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift and carry 25-75 lbs.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience preferred, but training is available.
