About The Position
Duties and Responsibilities: Order Processing: Receive, review, and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently. Packing Operations: Carefully and accurately package items according to specified guidelines, ensuring product safety during transit. Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on products to maintain high standards of packaging and presentation. Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy by monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies or shortages. Shipping Coordination: Collaborate with shipping carriers to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of packaged orders. Documentation: Prepare and complete necessary shipping documentation and labels. Organization: Maintain a clean and organized packing area, optimizing space and workflow efficiency. Adherence to Procedures: Follow company packing procedures and safety protocols at all times. Communication: Coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proficient communication (written and verbal), listening, and problem solving skills High attention to detail, strong planning, and organization skills Ability to function in a fast pace environment Basic knowledge of safety standards and practices Ability and willingness to learn new skills Disqualifications We support Law Enforcement, EMS, Fire, Security and Military service members.
