About The Position

A&C Plastics is a leader in the plastics industry, known for our customer service, huge inventory, and fun, hardworking culture. We’re looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Packager/Puller to join our team and help us continue to deliver excellence. Schedule & Compensation: Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: $15.00/hr (depending on experience) Status: Full-Time, 40 hours per week + Overtime as needed

Requirements

Dependable with excellent attendance (attendance is a BIG deal here!)
Focused — not distracted by “bright and shiny”
Goal-driven and action-oriented
Willing to lift boxes, sweep floors, hold doors — whatever it takes
Team player who loves serving others
Thrives in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment
Able to pass both a drug screen and background check

Nice To Haves

Packaging experience helpful, but not required
Nail gun experience preferred
Forklift experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Package and pull orders efficiently and accurately
Build pallets and keep the pallet room tidy
Help keep the warehouse clean and organized
Assist other warehouse departments as needed
Jump in wherever needed to support the team
Complete other duties as assigned
