About The Position

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers and is looking for individuals eager to join a dynamic and expanding company where they can learn and make a meaningful impact. As a Package Handler, you are an integral part of the operations team, contributing to the smooth functioning of the warehouse. The role focuses on quality and adherence to safety protocols, playing a vital role in maintaining a productive and secure work environment. The position is located at 9860 W Ferguson Ave, #B, Visalia, CA 93291. The pay is $16.90/hour, paid weekly. Shifts include Sunday 1PM – 6PM and Monday – Friday 5PM – 11:30PM, with the ability to start as early as 12PM, totaling about 20-25 hours per week. Hours may vary based on business needs, and "End of Sort" is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

Requirements

• Ability to stay on your feet while working
• Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required for understanding safety and operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Responsibilities
