About The Position

The Warehouse Outbound Associate is responsible for performing an array of functions that include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, managing, organizing, and retrieving stock in the warehouse, and ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse to meet company standards. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience operating Walkie Rider or Riding Pallet Jack preferred.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
  • Experience with inventory management and RF scanners.
  • Understand numbers and letters on an RF scanner.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic math and computer skills in English or least the ability to read numbers and letters.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, squat, climb stairs, and lift for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including heat, cold, and humidity.
  • Ability to work overtime including Saturdays.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience operating Walkie Rider or Riding Pallet Jack preferred.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Operate a Walkie Rider or Riding Pallet Jack in a safe, effective manner.
  • Physically load and unload product off/on trucks.
  • Accurately pick items according to order slips or by using RF scanning equipment.
  • Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring they are properly labeled and meet quality standards.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and order.
  • Identify damaged, missing, or incorrect items and report discrepancies to management.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as standup forklifts, powered riding pallet jacks, and reach trucks,
  • Comply with all company policies and local, state, and federal regulations regarding warehouse operations.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve overall warehouse objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments to ensure a seamless workflow.
