About The Position
Westin Fulfillment LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Order Verifier to help ensure our orders leave the warehouse accurately and on time. If you enjoy staying organized, catching the small details others miss, and working in a fast-moving warehouse environment, this role may be a great fit. Our team supports major retailers and e-commerce partners, so accuracy and efficiency are essential. The Order Verifier plays a key role in making sure every order shipped meets company and customer standards.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stand and move throughout the shift in a warehouse environment
- Basic computer or warehouse system familiarity
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Verify picked orders for accuracy, quantity, and product quality before shipment
- Compare items against packing slips, purchase orders, and system records
- Ensure correct labels, packaging, and documentation are included with shipments
- Identify discrepancies and coordinate with picking, packing, and inventory teams to resolve issues
- Maintain organized verification stations and follow warehouse safety procedures
- Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed to support daily operations
