What to expect day to day: Get Paid to Stay Fit & Be a Key Player in Our Warehouse Team! Who needs the gym when this job is the workout? As a Warehouse Order Picker, you’ll stay on the move—lifting, stacking, and hustling through up to 6,000 lbs. of product per hour while getting paid to break a sweat. Cruise the warehouse on electric pallet jacks, build rock-solid pallets, and prep customer orders with speed and precision. Your sharp eye for detail keeps everything running smoothly. Safety isn’t optional—it’s priority #1. You’ll lift items up to 80 lbs., stay aware on the floor, and complete daily equipment checks because we do things the right way. You’ll work in cool environments (yes, even freezer temps down to -25°F), but we’ve got you covered with top-notch gear to keep you comfortable and protected. Teamwork makes everything better. You’ll communicate with your crew, share ideas, and help improve the warehouse every day—all while stepping on and off an 8-inch platform to keep things moving. Step 2; 1040 Hours Worked - $26.34 per hour. Step 3; 2080 Hours Worked - $28.32 per hour. Step 4; 4160 Hours Worked - $30.30 per hour. Step 5; 6240 Hours Worked - $32.93 per hour. Annual Contractual Wage Increases each June! Medical/Dental/Vision/RX Insurance Benefits - URM pays 100% of the premium for the employee and for their dependents!!! Company paid contribution to the Western Conference of Teamsters Pension Plan for the employee’s retirement benefits. Responsibilities

Lifting, stacking, and hustling through up to 6,000 lbs. of product per hour
