About The Position

Warehouse Order Selector - Aurora CO What You'll Do: You'll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely. Whether you're loading trailers, picking orders, or leading associates, you'll work in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment, focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Your efforts keep our supply chain flowing smoothly - from receiving goods, staging inventory, to shipping orders out on time. In This Role, You'll: Work in the Freezer and Cooler for long periods throughout the day Lifting anywhere between 5 - 75 pounds, possibly on a consistent basis. Safely operates all material handling equipment such as electric pallet jacks Use Vo-Collect headset Palletize and stage product in the warehouse Selectors will be responsible for receiving, selecting, storing and loading products Maintains a clean work area consistent with company standards Selectors will be responsible for receiving, selecting, storing and loading products and/or materials, and maintains packaging and palletizing material for finished product. Safely operates all material handling equipment such as electric pallet jacks, dollies and forklifts. Requirements

Have reliable transportation
The ability to operate electric pallet jacks
Able to use Vo-Collect headsets
Work in the Freezer and Cooler
Make your schedule shift
Not have attendance issues
physically capable to lift between 5 - 50 pounds

Responsibilities

Work in the Freezer and Cooler for long periods throughout the day
Lifting anywhere between 5 - 75 pounds, possibly on a consistent basis.
Safely operates all material handling equipment such as electric pallet jacks
Use Vo-Collect headset
Palletize and stage product in the warehouse
Selectors will be responsible for receiving, selecting, storing and loading products
Maintains a clean work area consistent with company standards

Benefits

$19.50/hr., can make up to $38/hr. in performance incentives
