About The Position

Blue Seal/ KENT® Nutrition Group, a member of the KENT WORLDWIDE family of companies has an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Warehouse Order Selector at our Hagerstown, MD! This is a full-time, 1st shift (7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.) Monday-Friday position that offers a competitive wage and an outstanding benefits package. The compensation range for this role is $18.00 to $18.50 an hour in addition to KENT standard benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k). Final compensation is subject to variation based on the candidate's skills, job responsibilities, location and other pertinent factors.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Positive attitude and team spirit is required.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Ability to read and understand production sheets and product identities.
• Ability to learn and follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Must be able to safely lift up to 55 lbs. from floor to working height, as job requires.
• Ability to work in dust and adverse weather conditions and temperature.

Responsibilities

• Pull customer orders, wrapping and filling trailers.
• Understand and practice product rotation.
• Fill out daily production paperwork legibly.
• Keep work area and storage locations clean and well swept at all times.
• Work overtime as required.
• Other duties as assigned by Plant Management.
