About The Position

The Warehouse Order Selector at Albertsons Companies plays a crucial role in ensuring that stores are stocked with essential products, contributing to the health and well-being of the community. This position involves using a voice-controlled system to select and palletize grocery items, frozen goods, and other perishable products while maintaining a strong focus on safety and teamwork.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain clearance to operate electric pallet jack and other necessary equipment.
• Physical capability to move, bend, and lift items up to 87 lbs. throughout the shift.
• Attention to detail and pride in work.

Responsibilities

• Select full-case grocery, frozen, and other perishable products using a ride-on electric pallet jack.
• Palletize cases and prepare pallets for shipment to local stores.
• Lift items up to 87 lbs. to shoulder level and up to 76.5 lbs. overhead throughout the shift.
• Work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Adapt to varying work environments including freezer, refrigerator, and warehouse floor.
