About The Position

Humano a third party warehouse provider is seeking Warehouse Order Selectors Pickers to join their team The selected candidates will be responsible for accurately and safely hand selecting orders using electric pallet jacks or forklifts within various warehouse environments This position offers a pay range of 1700 2200 per hour based on daily productivity metrics and provides benefits including medical dental vision and paid time off

Requirements

Previous experience as a warehouse order selector or picker preferred
Familiarity with operating electric pallet jacks or forklifts
Ability to work in various warehouse temperature environments
Physical strength and stamina to lift up to 55 lbs
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order selection

Responsibilities

Operate electric pallet jacks or forklifts to hand select orders
Stack products on pallets following operating procedures
Stage pallets for loading at assigned dock locations
Maintain selection rates per temperature zones
Shrink wrap products to secure loads for transit manually or using shrink wrap machines
Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
