About The Position

The Warehouse Order Selector is responsible for selecting and preparing food and non-food products for customer orders in a multi-level rack warehouse environment. This role involves operating pallet jacks and forklifts to transport items, ensuring safety and quality standards are met while maintaining productivity. The position offers opportunities for growth within the company and requires teamwork and adherence to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Must be able to work scheduled times and required overtime.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Able to lift, stack, and pull products weighing between 10-90 pounds.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and containers of food and non-food products to fill customer orders.
• Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts to transport completed orders to the loading dock.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures as per company guidelines.
• Perform safety checks on equipment and ensure all safety devices are functioning properly.
• Meet required productivity and accuracy standards according to company guidelines.
• Manually place stock items on pallets from pick slots and racks as required.
• Shrink-wrap pallets for staging as needed.
• Complete necessary paperwork at the end of the shift.
• Report any unsafe conditions or acts immediately.
