About The Position

The Warehouse Order Processor selects products from the warehouse shelves according to procedure, sorts and checks individual orders, and delivers them to the shipping area. This role also involves maintaining cleanliness in the work area.

• High School Diploma and two or more years of experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Set up cart with supplies such as scale, boxes, cups, clipboard, and pen.
• Take the first order from the top of the bin and find its location.
• Determine if the order is in pounds, pieces, or a packaging order.
• Decide if parts should go into boxes or cups.
• After picking the order, bring it to QC for inspection.
• Once passed by QC, the boxes are ready to close, tape, and ship.
• Manually count existing inventory and perform cycle counts on stock materials.
• Change cardboard baler regularly.
• May require lifting 10-100 lbs. and pushing/pulling pallet jacks and lifts.
• Build, weigh, and wrap pallet orders.
• Complete assigned tasks on the end of day checklist.
• Schedule orders with proper trucking companies as needed.
• Perform general maintenance of equipment such as forklifts and cherry pickers.
