What You’ll Do: Accurately pick customer orders using paper pick sheets Build stable, well-balanced pallets and properly wrap product Load delivery trucks and verify product counts and accuracy Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization Replenish inventory as directed Meet daily productivity and accuracy standards Follow all safety and lifting procedures This role is physical and requires repeated lifting of 50+ lbs, along with standing, bending, and moving throughout your shift.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years warehouse experience REQUIRED
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Reliable transportation REQUIRED
• Must live within 30 minutes of Shanker Beverage Company
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Steady work history and strong work ethic
