About The Position
Warehouse Order Picker / Equipment Operator 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | No Weekends | No Holidays McNaughton-McKay Electric Company is a long-standing electrical distribution company serving contractors, industrial customers, and manufacturers. We are hiring a reliable warehouse team members for our Columbus distribution center. This is a full-time, day-shift role with consistent hours and long-term career potential. Our warehouse team works together to ensure customer orders ship accurately and on time each day. We are looking for team members who want a long-term role with a dependable company, not just a short-term job.
Requirements
- Show up on time and ready to work every day

- Are comfortable working in an active warehouse environment
- Are willing to help the team finish the day's work
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 1-year work experience, warehousing experience preferred.
- Basic PC skills with MS Office Products preferred.
- Operate computer terminal and other computer related equipment relevant to job duties.
- High level of initiative, commitment, and devotion to fulfill company mission statement.
Nice To Haves
- Warehouse or equipment experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Picking customer orders using an RF scanner
- Operating equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers
- Stocking and organizing warehouse inventory
- Receiving inbound shipments
- Preparing and staging orders for shipment
- Assisting other warehouse areas when needed
