PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. WORK ENVIRONMENT: : While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work in processing plant production floor setting and minimal time in an office setting. The plant environment will include wet or humid conditions (non-weather related), extreme cold and heat (non-weather related), working near moving mechanical parts and exposure to airborne particles, chemicals and gases at low concentrations. The noise level in the work environment can be loud when in the production area and requires hearing protection. NORMAL WORK SCHEDULE: The schedule of this position is in alignment with the plant production schedule which is normally a 40 to 50 hour work week with Saturdays required if production is scheduled.
