This role ensures the efficient, accurate, and cost-effective movement of merchandise, proper utilization of facilities and equipment, and effective supervision of team members. All activities must align with Company, Distribution Center, and Department standards to maintain operational excellence. Shift - This superintendent role will be overseeing our second shift and therefore will be required to maintain a swing and/or night shift schedule.
