We’re here to better our world with biology. Join us as our newest Warehouse Operator In this role you’ll make an impact by: Demonstrating proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English. Communicating clearly and effectively in both written and verbal forms across all levels of the organization and with external contractors. Collaborating effectively within a team-oriented environment. Exercising sound judgment in administrative, procedural, and employment-related decisions in a dynamic setting. Applying continuous improvement principles to enhance operational efficiency. Utilizing Microsoft Office programs proficiently. Performing physical activities such as talking, hearing, handling objects, typing, occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs, and stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Meeting visual requirements including depth perception, close vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Maintaining the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations. Operating UPS and FedEx shipping software Keeping records of shipping and receiving documents and purchase orders.

Requirements

  • Must be able to operate forklift in a safe manner and successfully complete fork-lift training and driving test as directed by EHS Specialist.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs or more unassisted.
  • Possess the ability to identify, analyze and resolve problems.
  • Possess the ability to read and understand directions and procedures.
  • Possess the ability to communicate well with teammates and follow directions.
  • Must be able to arrive at work on-time and have good attendance.
  • Must be able to perform basic functions in SAP and Microsoft platforms with training.

Responsibilities

  • Operating UPS and FedEx shipping software
  • Keeping records of shipping and receiving documents and purchase orders.
