About The Position

The Warehouse Operator manages the end-to-end flow of materials, ensuring accurate receiving, temperature-controlled storage, and precise shipping to support manufacturing and customer needs. Key responsibilities include the following: Receive and store all purchased materials and inter-company transfers efficiently Perform detailed inspections against packing lists, bills of lading, and purchase orders Promptly report any material discrepancies or damaged goods Document and label all inventory according to strict procedural protocols Handle and store materials at required temperatures per specific safety protocols Pick and pack outbound shipments with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Prepare all necessary shipping documentation and Material Return Authorizations (MRAs) Issue and deliver required materials to the manufacturing floor on schedule Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts to maintain data integrity Operate all department tools, equipment, and software systems as required

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Lifting, pulling, and tugging up to 50 pounds
  • Standing for up to 8 hours
