Your Role & Responsibilities Shipping and Receiving: Inspect incoming deliveries to ensure accuracy, check for damage, and confirm compliance with company standards. Sort, label, and store items in designated locations following inventory management protocols. Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Ensure products are handled safely and efficiently to minimize damage and delays. Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment. Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure equipment remains in good working order. Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe work environment. Report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisors promptly. Compliance and Safety: Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and regulatory requirements. Participate in safety training programs and actively contribute to a culture of workplace safety. Your Profile Education & Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read, write and speak the English language. Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently. Forklift certification required. Possess knowledge to operate scales, conveyor belts and bagging unit. Must meet PFT requirements to wear a respirator. Cannot have any facial hair that may interfere with a respirator. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure. Ability to ready, comprehend and carry out detailed and simple instructions and write simple correspondence. Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed.
