Requirements

  • High school Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 year of shipping experience required
  • Prior Fork Truck experience required
  • Must be adaptable, detail oriented, and safety oriented
  • Must be able to understand and independently follow through with processes
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly, and occasionally more with assistance
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling tools and machinery
  • Ability to climb stairs and ladders as needed
  • Comfortable working in varying temperatures (hot, cold, humid)
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including gloves, safety glasses, hard hats, hearing protection, and steel-toed boots
  • Visual and auditory ability to detect safety hazards and machine malfunctions
  • Ability to push, pull, squat, kneel, or twist as needed during shift
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions consistently and safely
  • May be required to sit or operate forklifts or machinery for extended periods

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of GMPs and Food Safety highly preferred
  • Familiarity with logistics
  • Knowledge of loading/unloading best practices

Responsibilities

  • Manage warehouse inventory and supports Inventory Coordinator with month end processes
  • Assists in resolving issues regarding shipped orders
  • Load product onto scheduled vehicles to ensure timely delivery to our customers
  • Perform other tasks as required.
