The Warehouse Operator is responsible for efficient warehouse operations not limited to inventory/shipment of outgoing products and raw materials required for manufacturing operations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 6 months warehouse experience required
  • Ability to obtain forklift certification
  • Ability to follow verbal and written directions
  • Ability to push, pull, lift 70 lbs.; Stand up to 11 hours daily
  • This role is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship. The successful candidate must not now, or in the future, require sponsorship to work in the US
  • This role is not eligible for relocation assistance

Responsibilities

  • Unload and upload materials.
  • Coordinate, packages, and product movement within the warehouse.
  • Receives material coming into the plant and distributes material to appropriate plant locations.
  • Maintain an organized and orderly Warehouse area.
  • Prepare all items for shipment.
  • Record and manage all impaired or damaged items.
  • Report shortages.
  • Conduct forklift inspections; Report the need for repairs.
  • Well organized and willing to take direction, requests, and prioritize own workload.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work as a team, and to think ahead and have ability to manage situations well under pressure is a plus.
  • Comply with all company policies and guidelines, including and not limited to safety and attendance
  • Assist in maintaining a safe environment.
  • Assist with inventory when needed.
  • Assist with unloading bulk tanker materials when needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
