The Warehouse Operator plays a key role in executing assigned warehouse tasks. This includes pre-trips, operating and cleanliness of PIT equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures.

Requirements

A minimum of GED or High School Diploma is required.
Direct or related experience of 1 year is required.
Must be able to operate forklifts, pallet jacks (manual/electric)

Responsibilities

Receive and verify incoming product shipments by scanning labels, confirming quantity and item accuracy, and assigning items to appropriate warehouse locations using warehouse management systems.
Maintain proper inventory rotation by date and code, ensuring accurate labeling and staging of products for accurate order fulfillment and quality control.
Perform accurate record-keeping and documentation of all product movement and inventory activities in compliance with warehouse control practices.
Communicate proactively with supervisors regarding operational issues, equipment concerns, or schedule conflicts that could impact load times or customer satisfaction.
Pick customer tickets in correct sequence and pull orders using proper code dates and procedures while following all GMP's, SOP's, and company policies.
Support multiple warehouse functions as assigned and develop competency in key operational areas such as forklift operation to increase team productivity.
