As a Warehouse Operator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products are shipped accurately and efficiently to customers around the world.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Fork truck operation experience
  • Ability to lift at least 55 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the chemical/lubricant industry preferred
  • Familiarity with SAP, RF Gun, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Receiving raw material into the plant, pulling lab samples, and properly processing paperwork in SAP so these materials can be tested in a timely manner. Once materials are approved, labelling and putting approved materials into the warehouse racking system using RF Gun.
  • Investigate inventory and the ability to correct any errors in SAP that would not allow proper order picking
  • Organize product containers for final shipping, maintaining proper inventory rotation and availability
  • The ability to release orders in SAP using proper T-Codes, and picking these orders using RF Guns in warehouse
  • The ability to operate a stand-up and sit-down fork truck in a safe & efficient manner
  • Generate shipping documentation (BOL & STO’s) in SAP, including proper batch numbers and quantities
  • Record shipping transactions in SAP and on paperwork (PRO numbers, freight charges, carrier info)
  • Shipping and Receiving UPS & FedEx orders, posting customer returns using proper SAP transactions
  • Secure and load material into trailers to ensure safe delivery
  • Communicate with Customer Service, Plant Managers, and Customers Logistics to ensure smooth operations
