Requirements

HS Diploma or GED
Must be able to stand on concrete floors 12 hours per day.
Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, and twist in order to carry out the essential functions of this position.
Must be able to lift, push, and pull 40-50 pounds.
Must be familiar with various hand tools and be able to read a tape measure down to the sixteenth of an inch.
Must work 12 hour rotating shift schedule, alternating between day shift and night shift at 2 week intervals.

Nice To Haves

Previous manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a pad truck; carton clamp and fork truck(s)
Load customer outbound loads; process all transactions timely and efficiently
Unload inbound trailers in a quality manner with excellence in care, custody and control
Responsible to learn and demonstrate good level of proficiency in use of warehouse management systems (WMS) software and associated equipment
Perform other IDC tasks as needed; Cycle Count, Housekeeping, etc
Capability to work with minimal stress and frustration in a high demand, evolving work environment.
