Join our dynamic Supply Chain Distribution team as a Warehouse Operator. In this role, you’ll be an essential part of ensuring products move efficiently and safely through our network. Requirements

2+ years of general work experience preferred.
1 year+ operating forklifts or similar equipment preferred.
Basic English (reading, writing, speaking) and math skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and troubleshoot basic issues.
Comfortable with computer systems and barcode scanners.
Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. We operate on a FOUR 10 hour shifts; front and back half of the week (Monday - Friday)
Willingness to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks to load, unload, and move products.
Pick and assemble orders accurately, including mixed product pallets.
Lift and carry up to 35 lbs frequently and up to 65 lbs occasionally.
Maintain productivity standards while prioritizing safety and quality.
Use barcode scanners and computer systems to process orders and inventory.
Perform cycle counts and inventory checks.
Keep your work area clean and organized.
Handle damaged products and assist with recoup sorting.
Support general housekeeping and maintenance tasks.
Work overtime as needed and maintain reliable attendance.
