Join our dynamic Supply Chain Distribution team as a Warehouse Operator. In this role, you’ll be an essential part of ensuring products move efficiently and safely through our network. We value teamwork, flexibility, and a commitment to excellence in everything we do.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of general work experience preferred.
  • 1 year+ operating forklifts or similar equipment preferred.
  • Basic English (reading, writing, speaking) and math skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and troubleshoot basic issues.
  • Comfortable with computer systems and barcode scanners.
  • Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. We operate on a FOUR 10 hour shifts; front and back half of the week (Monday - Friday)
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

  • Operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks to load, unload, and move products.
  • Pick and assemble orders accurately, including mixed product pallets.
  • Lift and carry up to 35 lbs frequently and up to 65 lbs occasionally.
  • Maintain productivity standards while prioritizing safety and quality.
  • Use barcode scanners and computer systems to process orders and inventory.
  • Perform cycle counts and inventory checks.
  • Keep your work area clean and organized.
  • Handle damaged products and assist with recoup sorting.
  • Support general housekeeping and maintenance tasks.
  • Work overtime as needed and maintain reliable attendance.
