Today we have two manufacturing facilities in Massachusetts and North Carolina. Position Summary: A Warehouse Operator is responsible for the efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of goods within a warehouse environment. This role involves operating machinery, managing inventory, ensuring workplace safety, and supporting supply chain operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced setting.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution center (preferred).
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs) and perform physical tasks.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting.
- Forklift certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain certification.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution center (preferred).

Responsibilities
- Receiving & Inspection: Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against invoices and packing lists.
- Storage & Organization: Store goods in designated locations, ensuring efficient space utilization and easy retrieval.
- Order Picking and Shipping: Accurately pick products for shipment according to customer or internal orders and requirements from other departments.
- Inventory Management: Conduct stock checks, update inventory records, and report discrepancies.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow workplace safety protocols, adhere to company policies, and comply with regulatory standards.
- General Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
