Referral bonus program Tuition reimbursement HSA Medical plan option with annual company contribution Perks at Work – discounts on shopping, travel & more Proven continued business growth for future opportunities What You’ll Do Accurately process customer orders in the Partial Pallet area Pick, pack and wrap finished goods to order specification Ensure all related documentation is accurate Unload, validate, and inspect ingredients, packaging materials, pallets, and other materials Process all necessary paperwork for material and finished good movements Support proper inventory rotation Support team members in Operations, FSQ, R&D, and other areas What You’ll Need Previous production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience a plus—but not required! Requirements
- Forklift/Reach Truck experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 30 lbs)
- Team-player mindset who shows up on time and ready to work

- Previous production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience a plus—but not required!
Responsibilities
