Warehouse Operator (CSD 1st Shift Packer)
About The Position
Holley, a leader in automotive aftermarket products, has an immediate opening for a 1st Shift Warehouse Operator at our Distribution Location in Bowling Green, KY. Starting pay is $16.39 with hourly pay progression. Summary of Job Duties: Piece pack or full case packing of components accurately from designated locations per pick tickets or written instructions. Be able to perform picking functions. Experience with “Voice” driven picking or material handling is a plus. Be able to perform RF scanner driven stocking and put-away functions. Be able to lift 50lbs when needed and work actively on your feet at least 7 hours per day. Adhere toa safety first and clean as you always go expectation in all work areas. Basic computer experience using windows-based applications which is required to use the RF scanner. Job Skills and Knowledge: Must be able to perform RF Scanner tasks related to stocking and put-away processes. Must possess basic literacy in computers and Windows applications. Must be able to learn and use Holley’s Syteline system, performing functions such as inquiry, mass local transfers, pick confirm, and ship confirm.

- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs as necessary.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with “Voice” driven picking or material handling is a plus.
- Prior experience in a material handling role is a plus.
- Experience in a distribution or shipping role is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
