Requirements

High School diploma or GED
Warehouse or material handling experience preferred
Forklift and pallet jack operating ability
Comfortable with inventory systems and data entry
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Able to follow written and verbal instructions
Mechanically inclined and comfortable working around production equipment
Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity standards
Team-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when needed
Able to lift 35 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
Comfortable with standing, walking, bending, and repetitive hand movement

Responsibilities

Receive raw materials and inspect shipments for damage or issues
Record inventory and material receipts in the Max Inventory Management System
Move materials and finished goods using a forklift and pallet jack
Supply materials to production to support continuous operations
Prepare pallets and products for shipment following handling protocols
Load and unload trucks safely and accurately
Maintain an organized, clean warehouse environment
Monitor raw material and supply levels and notify management of shortages
Report damaged, non-conforming, or incorrect materials
Complete required quality and inventory documentation accurately
Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and warehouse practices
Support production and manufacturing processes as needed
Perform additional warehouse and operations duties as assigned
