Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Pallet jack and forklift operation experience is preferred.
  • Distribution experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of SAP preferred.
  • Warehouse Management functionality and bar-coding technology is preferred.
  • Dependable with good attendance.
  • Good reading, writing, math, and communication skills are required.
  • Detail-oriented with strong computer skills and a record of good job performance.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills are required.
  • Must be able to lift up to 65 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Requires extensive stooping and bending.

Responsibilities

  • Loading of shipments on assigned carriers.
  • Restocking home and flow rack locations as needed.
  • Understanding all warehouse functions of shipping.
  • Picking assigned customer orders in an efficient and accurate manner to ensure a high level of quality to the customer.
  • Supporting small parcel area to ensure timely, accurate shipments.
  • Processing all segments of the return possible.
  • Following all company safety and equipment operation procedures.
  • Maintaining all 5S boards within the Distribution Center.
  • Providing operations support for DC warehouse operations.
  • Processing all aspects of outbound deliveries, including RF functions and labeling requirements.
  • Overseeing and assisting with picking and packing of specific outbound shipments.
