Requirements

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• SAP Experience a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Input daily item orders and perform daily stock checks as well as customer pickups as needed.
• Check for compromised products and expired inventory.
• Process and manage purchase orders and invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and supplies.
• Arrange the acceptance, storage, commissioning and removal of goods in the storage area and record them in the appropriate inventory systems.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other MHE.
• Able to lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Support site administrative and clerical tasks.
