Position: Full-Time Production Associate: Warehouse Operator III Shift: 2:30PM - 10:30PM Pay: $28.41/Hour + Shift Differential RESPONSIBILITIES Above all must work safely at all times. Be involved with the safe operation and safety improvement of the plant.

Requirements

Must have a high school education and/or equivalent work experience.
Must be able to read and write legibly. Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, divide and perform simple arithmetic calculations.
Must be willing to keep assigned work areas neat and clean. Perform assigned duties in an orderly fashion.
Must be safety conscious and work in a safe manner. Must be dependable and cooperative at all times. Must be able to get along well with other employees.
Qualifications and ability of the employee will be taken into consideration for selection of this position.
Basic skills with computer applications, to include Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn and use new computer programs
Must be able to ascend and descend stairs, multiple times per day
Climb ladder, step and extension
Able to lift to 50 pounds and exert 20 pounds of force
Frequently stand, walk, rotate, bend/stoop, twist, crouch, kneel, balance and reach at shoulder level and below shoulder level
Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation
Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including a dust mask
Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
Team members must be clean shaven in order to perform tasks where respiratory protection is required and the use of a respirator (including N-95 dust mask) requires a proper seal for adequate protection.

Responsibilities

Responsible for understanding and following: all personal and equipment safety policies, all GMP and Food Safety/HACCP, Sanitation policies: Following all Business Unit and procedures.
Must be available/willing to work overtime as needed.
Must be physically capable to lift 50 lb flour bags routinely.
Must be able to comprehend and follow written/verbal instructions.
Must process adequate comprehension and mechanical skills. Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting tasks for all the equipment related to the production line(s), operating mechanical Loading/Unloading equipment (forklifts, electric walk behind pallet jacks and manual pallet jacks), macro wave operation, malt hand packing and stacking, flour blending, packing and loading farina.
May be required to perform required preventative checks and repairs such as greasing, oil level checks, inspections of equipment operation and minor adjustments and repairs such as sewing machine, spouts, conveyors and other equipment.
Will be responsible for thorough blowing down and cleaning of work areas as assigned.
Complete Master Sanitation duties, daily checks and other critical duties on a daily basis.
Perform other duties and fill in for other skilled positions throughout the facility not limited to the Packaging and Warehouse Department as assigned by supervisor.
Must keep accurate records of production, food safety checks, and work activities using both paper documents and computer entry.
Will be responsible for complying with food safety critical control points for product being produced.
