Warehouse Operator I

JOM Pharmaceutical Services, Inc., a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is seeking a Warehouse Operator I to join our team in Somerset, NJ. In this role, you will be integral to the accurate and timely distribution of pharmaceutical products. As a Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for various tasks including picking, packing, receiving, cycle counting, putting away, and shipping inventory. You will maintain strong relationships with distribution and customer service areas, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety procedures while utilizing necessary technology and equipment. You will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in your responsibilities, having qualified in at least 75% of your respective operations and possessing knowledge of all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for qualified areas. Your role will also involve compliance with Safety and Health Standards, and you will be expected to practice the Stop, Stay, and Resolve initiative when necessary, communicating any follow-ups with your supervisor. Operating systems and equipment necessary to process orders, such as MARC, ship line, labelers, and material moving equipment, will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, you will assist the Distribution Supervisor in resolving procedural inconsistencies and work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to provide suggestions and corrections. Active participation in team communication processes is essential, and you may take on roles such as minute taker or facilitator in various meetings. Taking ownership of identifying and solving issues with management is also a key aspect of this position. We are looking for candidates who are flexible and willing to work between operational hours of 6:30 am - 5:00 pm (EST) four days a week, with the possibility of overtime on weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.
