About The Position

The Warehouse Operator I position at Medline Industries involves picking orders to meet production requirements, receiving raw materials, and shipping finished products for distribution. The role requires operating machinery and maintaining a clean and safe work environment while adhering to performance standards.

Requirements

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Basic math skills (addition and subtraction).
• Ability to stand for 8 hours per day for up to 6 days a week.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, and lifting for extended periods daily.
• Willingness to work daily overtime (2-3 hours) on a regular basis up to 6 days a week.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Certification on wave and order picker.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders to satisfy production work orders, sample orders, and intercompany raw material transfers.
• Receive raw material in a timely manner to meet customer demand.
• Ship finished products for distribution.
• Open cartons with a safety knife and handle materials as required.
• Operate order picking machine at extreme heights and wave machine at 10 feet.
• Read and fulfill orders using RF tracker for transactions while maintaining performance standards.
• Use AS400 system to view inventory.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
