In this role, you will independently operate and maintain at least one process, equipment, or system following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards. Your technical skills will be essential in improving line and/or system performance to meet business needs. You will be a key ingredient in changing how the world snacks, operating and maintaining equipment to deliver on our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets. You will execute all standard work processes on your equipment using AM and PM (progressive maintenance) standards, ensuring that safety processes are observed and quality assurance activities are performed. Understanding the losses in your area and equipment and reporting them will also be part of your responsibilities.
