About The Position

Job Summary The Warehouse Operator C is responsible for entry level handling of one or more of the following areas: receiving, warehousing and distribution functions for: raw materials, in-process goods, released finished products and supplies. Duties & Responsibilities Receiving, Warehousing and Distribution function for raw materials, in-process goods, released finished products, and supplies – following all company policies and procedures; Prepare records and reports of inventory, receipts and shipments; Basic picking, packaging and general warehouse duties; Warehouse maintenance; Organize and maintain good housekeeping in warehouse; Maintain supplies, tools, equipment and work areas to ensure compliance with safety requirements; Observe all safety rules; Routinely lifts and carries up to 50 pounds; May occasionally operate a Forklift; Some use of a computer to update warehousing data; Performs other duties as assigned;

Requirements

Must be able to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Basic mathematical skills
Ability to read, understands and follow Company quality policy
Good housekeeping skills
High School Diploma or GED is required.

Nice To Haves

Some prior exposure to general warehouse practices
Basic computer proficiency
Experience using a warehousing management system
Prior Forklift operations experience
