As a Warehouse Operator 2, you manage inventory and stock control to ensure accurate, organized, and fully traceable materials while prioritizing timely, cost‑effective results and maintaining quality and safety standards. This is a 2nd shift role with the hours of 2:30pm to 10:30pm Monday-Friday. Your role: Unpack deliveries, inspect items against invoices, update inventory records, and document completion of receiving tasks. Select items from inventory (individually or as a team), wrap/pack into shipping containers, and ensure orders are ready for dispatch. Label packages, calculate freight rates, record weights and costs, and complete required shipping documentation and manifests. Sort and mark items with identifying labels or codes so stock is easy to locate and counts remain accurate. Fulfill orders against pick tickets, enter data, print invoices/manifests, and follow quality system procedures and safety guidelines to deliver timely, cost‑effective service. The ability to work mandatory overtime is an essential function of this role. Overtime work can include Saturdays and 10-hour shifts. You're the right fit if: No prior experience required; understanding or having had experience as a warehouse or distribution center operator is preferred. You have High School Diploma, vocational education cerificate or GED. Your skills include include knowledge in Microsoft Office(Excel, Teams, Word, etc.). Preferably knowledgable in SAP, Warehouse Management System (WMS) or an equivalent ERP tool.
