ROLE DEFINITION Qnity's Electronics & Industrial unit is now taking applications for Shipping and Receiving Clerks at our site in Carlsbad, CA. Our goal is to provide our customers with industry-leading innovation complemented by a team of scientists with deep materials science expertise and large scale, best-in-class manufacturing to make next-generation technology a reality for our customers. As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk you will be responsible for ensuring prompt and accurate shipment of our products and verifying incoming shipments to ensure total customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- 3+ years of experience in shipping and receiving is required
- Ability to lift 40lbs on a regular basis with or without accommodation is required
- Must be able to operate a forklift
Nice To Haves
- Experience with data entry, inventory, or ERP systems is preferred
Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, document, pack or unpack, distribute, and deliver daily ingoing and outgoing shipments from small package services and various truck deliveries
- Unload and verify freight deliveries using a fork truck
- Prepare all shipping, receiving, and inventory functions on ERP system.
- Assist in warehouse maintenance
- Adhere to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards.
