About the role Role Description, Skills, Experience and Qualifications required Key responsibilities Receiving / Shipping Check incoming deliveries to make sure all ordered material meets quality standards Remove materials from production for storage and for orders. Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials and products Prepare finished products for shipment by identifying their location, then pulling, packing, and loading them Wrap orders and place them on trucks for delivery Inventory Accuracies Move and rearrange inventory as instructed for consolidation, organization and efficiency. Move new materials and inventory into proper stock locations Use RF Scanners to move inventory to and from locations throughout the facility. Identify and label materials, and record their locations in the warehouse/on the shelves to maintain inventory accuracies Perform and report cycle counts Monitor inventory levels and suggest new orders when needed Document orders, materials and any stock movements Staging of Materials Supply manufacturing with materials on a demand basis. Stage dry / wet items for production team consumption

Responsibilities

  • Identify and label materials, and record their locations in the warehouse/on the shelves to maintain inventory accuracies
  • Perform and report cycle counts
  • Monitor inventory levels and suggest new orders when needed
  • Document orders, materials and any stock movements
  • Supply manufacturing with materials on a demand basis.
  • Stage dry / wet items for production team consumption
  • The ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
  • The ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
  • The ability to communicate clearly and properly within the work environment.
  • The knowledge and ability to operate an RF scanner to perform job duties within system.
  • The knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and complete functions assigned
  • The knowledge & ability to operate stand-up reach truck, stand-up or sit-down counterbalance and electric pallet jacks to move freight in a safe and efficient manner.
  • The knowledge and concepts of inventory control.
  • The knowledge of proper handling of Allergen products and equipment according to Allergen Control Procedures
  • Responsible for conformance to Food Safety and Food Quality Plans as described in the Kerry SQF Systems manual. Must report any and all deviations to a member of management and QA, and set product aside until further instructed.
