Position We're seeking to fill a full-time Warehouse & Operations Support role with an individual who thrives in a hands-on, detail-oriented environment and is comfortable with both physical and administrative tasks. This role goes beyond basic warehouse work. You will support order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and facility upkeep, while also assisting with documentation and internal communication. If you have experience in B2B environments, understand the importance of accuracy in orders and paperwork, and can think critically about discrepancies, you'll excel in this position. Experience with order management, inventory control, or administrative support in any setting is valued, even if not directly in a B2B environment. We look for team members who notice and resolve discrepancies, communicate effectively, and take ownership of their work. This role offers exposure to operations and logistics, making it an ideal stepping stone for those seeking to advance into supply chain or business operations.

Requirements

  • Valid US driver's license
  • Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs and occasionally 75+ lbs
  • Strong attention to detail, urgency, and reliability
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic, hands-on environment

Nice To Haves

  • Pallet jack and/or forklift experience
  • HAZMAT shipment experience or certification
  • LTL shipments, UPS, FedEx

Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments; complete documentation accurately
  • Unload deliveries, verify contents, and process paperwork
  • Stock shelves, maintain a clean and organized warehouse, and perform spot checks
  • Assist with labeling, packaging, and quality control for precision products
  • Help maintain a safe, functional workspace
  • Report and troubleshoot shipping issues promptly
  • Communicate internally regarding order discrepancies, documentation mismatches, and customer requests
