Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of warehouse operations experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of WMS and inventory control principles.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates.
• Manage inventory control and optimize warehouse layouts.
• Oversee accurate processing of shipments and stock transfers.
• Conduct cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Enforce safety policies and promote a safe work culture.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and production teams.
• Analyze performance reports and implement improvements.
