Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse environment
• 2 or more years in a supervisory role
• Experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies or Lean Six Sigma is a plus
• Experience with AS400 and with any other WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop the performance of your team through effective training, coaching, and motivational strategies
• Drive a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel safe, valued, and included
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to team members
• Implement strategies to ensure the highest quality of work, optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity, and meet or exceed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
• Ensure safe operations and healthy environments for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors
• Ensure shipments are accurate and free of damage, product is counted, and all necessary records and reports are completed accurately and on time
• Help maintain the security of the warehouse and assure the integrity of inventory
• Implement continuous improvement action plans
• Be flexible to work overtime, including weekends, and take on additional responsibilities as required
