Optum is seeking a driven leader to fill the role of Warehouse Operations Supervisor at a 300K sq. ft. distribution center located in Etna, OH. This role will work with internal and external customers to enable operations processes within the distribution center to ensure timely completion of all warehouse tasks. This position provides support to our specialty distribution center by aligning people and process to optimize the value of the supply chain. This role will be responsible for utilizing, maintaining, and recommending improvements within the warehouse management system (SAP EWM). As a people leader, this role will be essential at driving the overall culture of safety, quality, and process improvement within a team of warehouse team members.
