Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in Hindi or Spanish - required
• Minimum of 5 years' warehouse experience (3+ years in automated facilities preferred)
• At least 1 year of leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of conveyance systems, WMS, and lean warehouse operations
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in receiving, storage, packaging, and shipping
• Supervise a team of frontline associates in a high-volume, automated facility
• Ensure lean practices and SOP compliance for maximum efficiency
• Resolve escalations and support cross-functional teams in hitting KPIs
• Monitor material flow and regulate warehouse space for optimized productivity
