About The Position

As a Warehouse Operations Manager at Bozzuto's Inc, you will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring alignment with company performance goals and strategies. Requirements

• At least six (6) years of distribution-related experience.
• Supervisory experience managing large teams of 300+ employees, both hourly and salaried.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems, including voice recognition technology and employee management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement warehouse strategies to optimize productivity, reduce costs, and meet organizational goals.
• Collaborate with senior and executive management to align operations with overall business objectives.
• Coach a team of highly motivated associates, providing daily feedback on performance and proposing solutions for improvement.
• Define and communicate daily objectives, long-term strategies, and procedural changes to your team.
• Work with peers on people development and building cross-functional teams.
• Flexibly work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Implement and maintain efficient inventory control procedures.
• Establish and enforce quality control measures to ensure accuracy of customer orders and products.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to enhance day-to-day efficiency.
• Establish key performance metrics to measure and improve warehouse performance.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with suppliers, 3PL operations, transportation, and internal customers for optimal business solutions.
