About The Position

Warehouse Operations Manager Position Summary: Join our award-winning team as our Warehouse Operations Manager. This role oversees a hands-on, technician-driven warehouse and parts operation that directly supports custom AV projects - rather than a high-volume distribution center or third-party logistics facility. The ideal candidate thrives in a smaller, detail-oriented environment where organization, accountability, and cross-team collaboration matter more than conveyor belts and pallet flow. Success in this role requires comfort being both strategic and hands-on, with daily involvement in inventory accuracy, job staging, and team coordination.
