Requirements

• Associates degree or equivalent business experience.
• Three years in leading and developing warehouse teams, inventory and facilities management experience.
• Coaching and training experience.
• Work a Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Commitment to Raymour and Flanigan's safety policies and procedures. Ensuring that associates and self are working safely at all times.
• Consistently maintain energy, enthusiasm, and ambition to flourish within a team environment
• Interact with customers and contractors as well as overseeing all warehouse operations and creating a professional warehouse environment.
• Hire, train, conduct performance appraisals and develop associates and supervisors.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment. Meet business metrics in a continuous-improvement environment.
• Maintain a consistently professional appearance and demeanor.
• Collaborative, team-oriented leadership approach.
• Analytical, critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
• Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management.
