About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse & Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical supply distribution center. The ideal candidate will manage inventory control, warehouse staff, order fulfillment, shipping/receiving, and compliance with healthcare industry standards. This role is critical in ensuring the timely and accurate distribution of medical supplies to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Experience in Operations, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, or operations management experience; medical supply or healthcare distribution experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory compliance (FDA, HIPAA, OSHA).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with inventory management systems, ERP/WMS software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a warehouse environment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of medical supplies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (FDA, OSHA, ISO, and other healthcare standards).
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for warehouse safety, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate inventory control systems and conduct regular cycle counts and audits.
• Manage procurement, replenishment, and distribution processes to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse and operations staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time deliveries.
• Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time shipments, warehouse productivity, and inventory accuracy.
• Implement process improvements and technologies (e.g., WMS/ERP systems) to optimize operations.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and cost controls for warehouse operations.
• Ensure facility and equipment maintenance for operational efficiency.
